1) To Place an Order: Please contact our customer service department by phone during regular business hours and/or fax or e-mail a Purchase Order using the contact information listed below.  Make certain to provide your name, telephone number, purchase order number, shipping & billing address. 

 

You can also place an order via the query on the Contact Us page.  If the shipping and billing addresses are different than the company address, please include the appropriate addresses in the Comments and Requests section of the query, along with your specific requests for product, a price quote, etc.  For orders, make sure to include the purchase order number in the Comments and Requests section of the query.

3) Pricing: Please Contact Us for price quotation.  All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

 

4) Payment Terms: Pre-payment is required for all new customer accounts.  Credit payment terms are granted only for established customers and upon prior credit approval. We accept MasterCard and Visa Card payment.

 

5) Shipping Terms: Pan Probe Biotech will provide shipping via UPS Ground unless otherwise agreed.  All shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

 

6) Return Policy: If product is found to be un-satisfactory, please Contact Us immediately with the product lot number and expiration date. Quality issues must report in 10 days of receipt of the products.  No return will be authorized if product meets specifications agreed upon prior to product purchase/shipment.  A Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) is required to return products and will be designated by Pan Probe Biotech at the appropriate time.  Product returned without the RAN will not be accepted.  Returned product must be shipped to Pan Probe Biotech within 10 days of receiving the RAN to be accepted.
